Hometown Wellness Center Celebrates Grand Opening

Hometown Wellness Center is celebrating the grand opening of its new medical practice in Weston with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, September 29, from noon to 1:00 p.m.

Located at 37 Elizabeth Drive in Weston, Hometown Wellness Center brings multiple healthcare services together in one convenient location, with a focus on personalized, patient-centered care.

The practice combines established medical approaches with modern healthcare practices, emphasizing prevention, healthy lifestyle habits and evidence-based medical treatment to help each patient work toward their individual health goals.

“At Hometown Wellness Center, our goal is to provide care that is centered around the individual patient,” said Dr. Tyler Hall, D.O. “We want to work with each person to understand their health goals and provide the care, treatment and support they need to achieve them.”

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Hall takes a whole-person approach to healthcare, recognizing the connection between the body's structure and function. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, he provides Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), a hands-on approach that can help restore mobility, reduce pain and support the body's natural ability to heal.

By incorporating medical treatment, preventive health strategies, healthy lifestyle practices and osteopathic care, Hometown Wellness Center seeks to provide patients with a comprehensive approach to their overall health and well-being.

The Lewis County Chamber of Commerce welcomes Hometown Wellness Center to the local business community and invites Chamber members, community leaders, healthcare professionals and the public to attend the grand opening and ribbon cutting.
