Hometown Wellness Center Celebrates Grand Opening in Weston

It was a great day for Lewis County and the surrounding community as Hometown Wellness Center officially celebrated the opening of its new private practice in Weston.

Dr. Tyler Hall, D.O., welcomed community leaders, business representatives, friends, and supporters to the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new facility, located at 37 Elizabeth Drive in Weston, in the plaza behind Wendy’s.

The celebration included remarks from representatives of the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, City of Weston, Lewis County Commission, Delegate Riley Moore’s office, and Senator Jim Justice’s office. Rhett Dusenbury represented Delegate Moore, while Bayleigh Able represented Senator Justice.

Representatives from Citizens Bank of West Virginia also joined the celebration, offering their congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Hall as he begins this new chapter of serving patients in Lewis County.

A Whole-Person Approach to Wellness

Dr. Hall is an osteopathic physician focused on a whole-body approach to health and wellness. Hometown Wellness Center is welcoming new patients and offers a variety of services designed to meet the healthcare needs of individuals and families.

Services include:

  • Primary care

  • Sports injury treatment

  • Sports physicals

  • On-site laboratory testing

  • Whole-person wellness services

Dr. Hall also introduced Lindsay Taylor, Licensed Massage Therapist, who will be sharing space at the Wellness Center and providing additional wellness services to the community.

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests had an opportunity to tour the new facility, learn more about the services offered, and enjoy refreshments. Hometown Wellness Center also celebrated its opening by offering several door prizes highlighting its products and services.
