In Session I, the group will study and discuss the key components of an effective business plan.Problem box: Revitalizing the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce.
In Session II, cohort will separate into small groups to develop a business plan specifically for the Chamber of Commerce. This is their opportunity to help shape the future direction and trajectory of the Chamber—so we can't wait to see what their creativity, open-mindedness, and energy brings!
