Chamber Business Afterhours

Chamber Afterhours events are a great opportunity to showcase your business or organization, as well as connect with the local community.

Host a Chamber Business Afterhours

Lewis County Chamber Business Afterhours provide an outstanding evening of fun and fellowship between Chamber members and their guests. With a chance to network, meet potential customers, and make new friends, hosting an afterhours event is a unique opportunity to showcase your business. This is a perfect opportunity to introduce your particular products and/or services to fellow chamber members.

One of the obvious benefits of hosting a Business Afterhours is exposure. Your event will be listed in a variety of places including but not limited to our newsletters, website, and Facebook pages. After the event is over, we publish the photos on our Facebook page which then gets shared and tagged by our members. Another notable benefit of being a host is that you will receive all of the attendees' business cards and contact information that we collect at the event!

Host Sponsor Responsibilities

  • The host sponsor must be a current Chamber member in good standing at the time the event is held. If you are not a member of the Chamber, join today.
  • The host will be responsible for providing all food and drinks. Offering beer and wine is optional and dependent on location.
  • The host should use fellow Lewis County Chamber members as vendors when possible.
  • The host will "host" the event at their location or secure an alternate location that accommodate at least 50-75 attendees.
  • The host will provide the Chamber with their corporate logo, as well as any background information that will help promote the event. If you plan to provide entertainment, facility tours, special menu items, etc. please let the Chamber know so we can make sure this information is included on our website, event registration page, and invitations.

The Chamber Will Support You By

  • Promoting the Business Afterhours event in our enewletter, on the Chamber’s website, and on the Chamber’s social media pages.
  • Managing the event registration page in order to provide you with names and number of attendees.
  • Providing door prizes as a way to collect business cards from attendees. The host may also choose to provide additional door prizes, but this is not required.
