Building on the success of our first two cohorts, Leadership Lewis Cohort 3 offers our most comprehensive leadership development experience yet. This nine-month journey takes you from personal leadership foundations through workplace excellence to community impact – with every skill practiced on real Lewis County and Central West Virginia challenges.
You won't just learn about stakeholder mapping; you'll map the stakeholders involved in our community's economic development. You won't just study conflict resolution; you'll practice it on education-business partnership scenarios right here at home. This is applied leadership development that you can use immediately.
