Attention Lewis County Businesses – We need your voice!

Take the Survey

The Tri-State Apprenticeship Consortium—a collaboration between workforce development boards in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania—is conducting an important employer survey as part of an ARC Arise Grant initiative. The goal? To better understand the challenges, opportunities, and potential solutions for building a strong, regional apprenticeship ecosystem.

Our local Region VI Workforce Development Board, which serves 13 counties in North Central West Virginia (including ours), is helping lead this effort. They’re gathering input from employers of all sizes and industries to better understand how apprenticeships are currently used—or could be used—as a tool to develop talent and meet industry demands.

This is where you come in.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Your insights will help shape how apprenticeship programs are developed and supported across our region. By sharing your experiences, concerns, and ideas, you’ll be helping identify real-world barriers and opportunities to make apprenticeships a more accessible and effective workforce strategy for businesses like yours.

Whether you’ve used apprenticeships before or not—this survey is for all employers.
